Prices
The prices shown are current U.S. prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. It is recommended to confirm current prices and availability with our Customer Contact Department by phone, fax, or e-mail. You can also request written quotations to be sent to you by fax, mail or e-mail.
International Customers
Contact RWC Testing & Lab Supplies for a complete "pro forma quotation". Additional charges such as duties, taxes, or other non-routine customs brokerage fees are your responsibility.
Availability for approved established US customers terms of payment
Net 30 days can be implemented.
New Accounts
We are welcome to extend new accounts only for U.S. purchasers with an approved credit application. Download and complete the Credit Application, fax or email it back to our Credit Department with your initial order. We also accept Procurement card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS).
When paying by credit card, you may do so by entering that information through our secure web site or you may call 915-852-3375. It is our company policy not to accept credit card numbers via email or fax. We believe this is necessary to ensure maximum customer security and privacy.
Discounts
Certain items throughout our site are available at discounted prices when you order them in quantity. Note: Larger purchases outside the U.S. and Canada may be available, please inquire.
Confirming Orders
Please do not send a confirming order unless your ordering system requires one. You must state any special conditions that are on your confirming order when you first place your order with RWC Testing & Lab Supplies. Please mark confirming orders clearly to prevent duplication. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged for any duplicate shipments returned.
Product Design Changes
We continually update our database with current product information and changes; however, due to continuing improvements in design, some items may differ slightly from the description and photograph on our site. Specifications are subject to change without notice. Before any purchase, we advise precise inquiries to ensure fulfillment of a desired product.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement. We appreciate and encourage all orders.
