These models provide quick and
convenient means of determining brix (sugar) contents of jams, jellies,
syrups, beverages, fruit juices, honey, etc. Determine percentage of
solids in liquids, maturity of fresh fruits and % starch concentrations in
the paper and textile industries, as well as other concentrations.
Also measure concentration % of industrial fluids such as cutting/grinding
coolants, oil/water concentrations, chromating solutions, fluid/water
ratios, cleaning solution, anodizing solutions, plating and acid baths,
foam/water fire extinguishers, etc. The focusable eyepeice with high contrast scale system gives easy to read scale readings. Units have rubber sleeves that cover the body of instrument to protect the sample solution from body heat to insure accuracy of readings obtained. Small length of 7.5" and weight of approx. 10 ounces makes these models completely portable. Price includes instrument, carrying case, pipette, screwdriver and operation manual. |
